1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all lifetime access purchases of FacetCAM. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility
A refund request is eligible when:
- It is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The request comes from the email address associated with the purchase
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or purchases made with evidence of stolen payment methods).
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address used at checkout. You do not need to provide a reason.
- Use the Paddle receipt portal. The email receipt you received after purchase contains a link to manage your order, which includes a self-service refund request option within the 14-day window.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement depends on your payment method and issuing bank.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
5. Consequences of Refund
When your refund is processed:
- Your lifetime access is revoked immediately
- Your account reverts to its post-trial state (read-only access to your historical work)
- You retain the right to create a new account in the future, but you will not be entitled to a second free trial
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Accounts flagged for violations of our Terms of Service (such as abuse, reselling, or fraudulent activity)
- Paid add-on services that may be offered in the future (for example, AI-generated design credits); these will have their own refund terms clearly stated at the point of purchase
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please email us first at [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day and resolve issues without the need for a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being closed and future purchases blocked. We always prefer to resolve issues directly.
